Get a database online with form to enter data

My son ( 18) created a contact database and a form entry on a web page ( local ) so that I can get someone ( maybe in Indonesia / India ) enter endless data from my files. A massive tidy up. He's created:

Locally hosted Apache / MySQL server that is running a PHP website. Programmed in PHP / HTML / CSS / Java script. No dependences other than basic styling library called Bulma.

He's used CHAT GPT to assist and check. Chat GPT recomended 10 areas of security and I think he's nearly done this, although he's run into problems.

What I need is someone to take it from here:
- Check his programming and maybe come up with tweeks ( and good ideas ).
- Check the security
- Get hosted on a GoDaddy server possibly on my domain, or not...

Need sorting straight away.
