Description
Experience Level: Entry
Description:
I need someone to extract and organise content from approx. 100–150 posts on my WordPress website northeaststatues.com into a structured Excel spreadsheet. Each post features a public artwork in North East England. The data is not in consistent fields—you’ll need to read each post and pull the relevant information by eye.
This is not a quick scrape. You’ll need to interpret and enter data carefully, even when it’s buried in text.
Each row in the Excel sheet should include:
• Artwork Name
. Alternative Name(s)
• Artist(s)
• Year Unveiled
• Year Removed (if applicable)
• Reason for Removal
• Year Resited
• New Location
• City/Town
• Coordinates (if available)
• Material
• Funded/Commissioned by
• Cost (if known)
• Post Author
• Category
• Main Post Body Text
• Post URL
Requirements:
• Excellent written English and attention to detail
• Able to handle missing or vague data consistently
• Familiarity with heritage/cultural projects is a plus
• Final delivery in .xlsx format, clean and well-organised
Budget:
£120 total (fixed price), depending on experience and quality

Hi Daniel,
I hope I find you well.
Quick question, do you need to run this as a one off exercise or would like a solution that "Dynamically" updates.
Kind regards,
Carl.Daniel R.07 May 2025This is a one off data extraction and sort.
Carl W.07 May 2025Hi Daniel,
Thanks for your prompt reply.
Carl.
