Extend a database in Joomla CMA (MySQL database) and the upload data to the database

A MySQL database has been created in a Joomla CMS which has 142 columns and 1288 rows of data (See attached spreadsheet). The data will be supplied in an excel spreadsheet and the task is to upload the data to the corresponding field in the mysql database. I have been using developers in India but they are not performing very well. They should have created the database with 142 fields but there are only 75 so this project will need an additional 67 fields created.

Please could you quote a price for this task

There is other work involving PHP but that can be a separate project
