I have a database system that needs to be added to. Forms are completed online and saved in database format. I need a quote for the following please:
an extra drop down box to be added that can be typed in
notes column added
email field to be added
email notification to be added as a function
email address changed on system where the database form is sent from
a form to be added to existing form
Photos can be emailed once work has been accepted.
