EXCEL V12LOOKUP

I have a product range from which I make kits containing various products from the range but the kits all vary in contents.
1, I want a Master Sheet created that contains all the products complete with SKUs, and various levels of pricing ie A: List Price, B: Distributor Price, C: Training Price, D: Cost Price.
2, I then want to be able to simply create Kits on another Excel sheet by using the Master Sheet.
3, If I delete products from the Master Sheet is deletes the same product on all the other sheets.
4, If I change a price on the Master Sheet it updates all prices.
