Excel sheet count objects, total items etc.

I need someone to refine this excel spreadsheet in terms of:

For each floor, basement, ground ,first, second, mezzanine and third floor

In the row - PASS, FAIL, ENABLE count the quantity from the floor.

In the row - YES NO count the YES and NO separately

In the row - Replace luminaire, Replace indicator count the required replacement e.g. 7 Replace Luminaire, 4 Replace Indicator.

Format the worksheet so that it can be copied and pasted into a word document as a JPEG or whatever you think is best.

Please also refine the report in terms of look and appearance to your professional ability.

This is urgent please I need to issue the report tomorrow.
