Excel data organization for integration with Google Contact and personal system formats

Some of my contacts in Google Contacts are not in the correct format, with some numbers appearing in a jumbled way and others having different symbols like "+" or "00". I want to fix the format to align with Google Contact standards.

The Contacts data exported from POS in Excel format requires verification as there are missing entries in both POS and Google data. These discrepancies need to be resolved before converting the data to Google format for uploading to Google Drive.

Ensure that the file with all requisition corrections is uploaded in the relevant format on Google without any errors LIKE THIS IMAGE "GOOGLE UPLOAD ERROR TO BE FIX"
