Excel data needs combining and cleaning

Hi all,
I have 4 tables of contact data - ranging from 134 records to 1900. There are all in different worksheets (as tables) within a single excel workbook.
The headings (1st Name, phone number etc) vary a little.
Some have the entire name in the first name column
Some records may be in all 4 tables - in one table it may contain an email address, in another table it might contain a phone number for the same person.

I need to get this data together in a single master list - importantly I don't want to loose anyone!
