Excel admin task

I have a spreadsheet with approx 500 rows.

Each row contains information that I need organised into multiple rows.

for example, a row may contain the following information: (/ indicates a column)

BIBRCALWconfig / SKU / BIBRCALW / colour / White / SKU / BIBRCALBL / colour / Black

The 1st column is our main part number and needs to appear in column A for each subsequent row. It also needs to appear on its own in the row above.
The rows need to be split by the SKU. For example the result for the exmapl above would be...

BIBRCALWconfig
BIBRCALWconfig / SKU / BIBRCALW / colour / White
BIBRCALWconfig / SKU / BIBRCALBL / colour / Black
