ETSY TO WOOCOMMERCE PRODUCT TRANSFER

I need somebody with a knowledge of both Etsy and Woocommerce who can help with the transfer of product listings from Etsy to Woocommerce. I already have some products on my website so would need to ensure they are not duplicated. I would then need an ongoing daily transfer system in place that requires little or no input from me.
This will be a time critical project and I would like it to be done within 5 days of approval. I have over 2.5 thousand items and would estimate that at least 3/4 of these are already on my website, however I create at least 20 new products per day most days.
I have a fixed budget for this task. Please ensure you have the skills to do this as I have already had to request a refund from somebody who took on this project and could not complete due to lack of knowledge or skills.
