EPR data base collating

Every quarter i need to collate all the information i have in regards to Extended Producers Responsibility, i will gather all the information you need and already have the database i use to do the workings out, id like to send all this information every quarter and for it to be collated and then the final database returned, this will be a ongoing relationship? if you feel that you can make it easier or better then we can evolve, for the right person this isnt a massive task but will be 4 x a year every year? happy to discuss costings when you have looked at the task, would prefer someone who has dont EPR before and understands the task fully.

Below is what i collate and how i work it all out, i would provide the supplier information, i need the results returning in this format, only the final submission.
