Enhancement of Access Diagnostic Tool

Hi

I need elements of an access database completing; this will include development of queries, basic forms and 2 reports. The tables are already developed and a range of data is already available for testing I have done a first version of this, but my access skills are limited . . .

The database is for an online diagnostic tool which will not save any user data • the only data in the application will be the text/criteria used for the diagnostic. The user will select various options and then respond to a range of criteria. Reports will show summaries of the user’s responses.

I envisage that all the user’s responses will be stored as variables, with after update’ options which will clear the variables for future use within the same session. Obviously I would welcome other recommendations regarding improving the logic of the system.

A fuller specification of the work is attached (including screen dumps of what the system could eventually look like). There is no requirement to format the forms or the reports • just to get the functionality working. I will do all form layout and formatting, navigation including switchboards etc later.
