Domain Name and Email formats needed

I have a list of 35,000 company names. I would like a domain name and email format (for example firstname.surname@xxx.co.uk) for each company.

To help, I will be able to provide

1. A list of company names and their LinkedIn profiles (4,000 companies)
2. A list of domain names and email formats that I already have (11,000 companies)

I will need this finished list back by 10am UK time on Wednesday 6th October. I will validate the work I receive back and I will make payment only once I am happy that the work has been completed successfully.
