Degree Tracking/Auditing Help

I need a designer to create something that will allow me to track a college student's progress through a degree program.

The programs that are to be tracked are quite simple and straightforward. We are look at either 1 or 2 year programs.

The end goal is to be able to advise students of what courses they need to register and complete in order to graduate or stay on track.

Ideally, I would be able to update this for each student when grades are posted at the end of the semester.

I am pretty much looking for a way to audit a student's progress through each program.

I am including the list below of required courses to graduate. Please keep in mind a passing grade would need to included in this setup as well to determine satisfactory completion of one of these required courses.
