Design a website similar to our competitors site:
-account creation and login facilities for a new client(tbleClients)
-payment cart and methods of payment (paypal)(tblePayments)
-payment registered to a credits accounts giving the client a number of credits to use(tblecredits) credits can be used to send letters (tbleletters)and telephone calls(tblephonecalls)
-client to have the facility to enter someone who owes them debt(tbleDebtors)
-Client have the facility to choose to send a debt letter(tbleletters) to his debtor or arrange our sales force to call the client(tblecalldebtors) (letters our sent with our debt recovery logo and business details on, it is a standard leter)
-client have the facility to send 4 different letters in sequencs letter1, letter2, letter3, letter4, each letter sent will use there credits up.
-Clients have the facility to see if a debtor has called our company with any queries(tbledebtorques)
-autoemails to be sent to clients with vaious information they select, letters sent, outbound contacted telephone calls, non contact calls, inbound contacts
-facilite to escalate an account to the next stage of letters, and to close a debtors account
-full queries need designing to view all relavant data onscreen table form,
-basic web design and layout
-full mysql database setup and table design with relations,
-full php mysql interaction for the client.
-our competiors web site is very similar to what we want without the telephon call log intergration.
