I have a small company that deals with vehicle accidents,hire, repair, claims etc & currently have oracle 9i database platform.
I am looking to upgrade database, away from oracle.
Main Requirements:
1) full mail merge & letter templates.
2) Wide reporting & search features
3) Status bar (of claim /repair) & tracking
4) abilty to make changes easily (add fields)
5) Publish documents forms
6) save scanned documents (PDF & jpeg) to client folder
7) ability to email/export specific data
Tapi (phone) connection required with database
