Database designer

I need a database designer, familiar with Maria database. They should be experienced in defining the detailed database design, including tables, indexes, views, constraints, triggers, stored procedures, and other database-specific constructs needed to store, retrieve, and delete persistent objects. They need to be capable of using myPHPadmin tool.

Responsibilities include, but not limited to the following:
Responsibilities of database designer:

understand the organisation's data to skillfully carry out the database design project;

install and configure relational database management system on the server;

design database schemas and create databases for varied project(s);

handle the creation of new users, define roles and privileges and grant access to them;

assist application development team to easily connect to the database;

track the performance of the database and fix issues quickly to facilitate smooth functioning;

use the best techniques for enhanced scalability and efficiency of large databases;

conduct data research and query large and complex datasets to provide the best data modelling;
