Database build

I would like an online database built with our own branding so we can link to it via our pharmacy website. I will provide the information in an excel format and I would like these records to be searchable so that a user can type in a place/country and the database will respond with the correct medication required for that place in a simple user friendly format.
Accuracy, speed and cost are of utmost importance in getting the contract.
