I have a combined spreadsheet of invoice charges from October 2021 to February 2023.
This is approx. 650 rows of data. This is shown in the attachment (Example of Original Data).
I need 5 columns populated on a separate tab from this data with the following headings:
1. Date
2. Description
3. Time/Duration
4. Rate
5. Amount
This is to be organised like the attachment 'Centralised Costing Sheet'.
The date format on some rows moves between UK (DD/MM/YYYY) and US (MM/DD/YYYY), which would need to be standardised to UK format.

Hi Ash,
PPH have sent a notification saying you have changed the costing structure for the project but won't allow me to resubmit a proposal in line with the changes, leaving me no option other than to submit a public post.
