I want to target of Licenced operators based in the following post codes:-

In terms of the data required -I have attached a PDF printout of what the OL Licence pages looks like I need:-
- Licence No (OG no)
- Business Name
- Business Type
- Trading Names
- Directors (Could me Multiple name - one in each column)
- Licence
- Licence Status
- Continuation Date
- Address
- Operating Centre Address with confirm of vehicle and trailers for each site
- Total Number of Vehicle
- Total Number of Trailers
- Name
Can you give me a an idea of how much data there will be per postcode and what you would charge for this data scraping?

Technically possible, but not advisable. The site's robot.txt file explicitly forbids scrapping. As a gov based site, this is high risk! Have you tried contacting them directly for a licensed data feed or bulk export option for your use case?
Anyone taking this up will be exposing themselves to some possible serious repercussion.
