Data Collection & Reporting

I'm looking for somebody who can take data from circa 120 invoices and transfer specific info onto an excel spreadsheet.

The headings that need to be completed are as follows:

- Customer Name
- Invoice Date
- PO Number
- Short Description
- Description (Please also note 3 year support as per the example)
- Invoice Value
- Invoice Number
- Supplier
- Customer Address
- Serial Number
- Manufacturer Name

There will be invoices that have multiple quantities of the same equipment. In which case we will need a separate line item for each device.

There will also be some invoices that have not stated the individual item values. At which case just state the first item as the total cost with the remaining items on the invoice as £0.
