Custom Database Application to store candidates details and attachments

my recruitment agency is expanding and i need to keep more details and records about candidates etc.

i need a database in place so i can record some information such as name, address, post code, telephone, email, DOB, days available for work, what computer systems they can use, what qualifications they have and also have the option to attach up to 10 documents to each profile such as passport/ driving license etc.

i will outline every section once the job hase been assigned.

i would like the database to hold up to 1000 records and have a search capability from each profiles postcode.

i would like it integrated with googles maps so that when i type in a location or post code in the search box- once i press search it will tell me which candidate is closest to that area. i also want to be able to search names etc.

i want the application to be a stand alone and simple software that if i need to back it up i can shift it to another computer with no hassle.

i would like a sleek, nice and simple look.
