Create a mySQL database

I am looking to create a database which replicates the information in book published in 1886 on land ownership (sample page attached). The data is person-orientated and conceptually is similar to a basic customer ordering system. Each person will have some biographical details and will need to be associated with a number of 'products' (acres of land owned per county).

The intention is to create a website where a user could query the data but it would also have some stored totals (e.g. total number of landowners per county). For context, a separate project in the future will look to display the associations using data visualisation.

I have had a go at creating a schema (attached) and have rapidly hit the limits of my skills.

Success criteria would be:
- a database design which enables me to capture all the data shown for each entry in the book
- a basic form to enable me to enter the data easily using drop-downs
- the database being setup (Azure?) and ready for me to start entering data
