Create a Data Base

I want you to create Database of companies:

1. Delivery (Shipping) Companies - US and Canada - 200 companies
2. Delivery (Shipping) Companies - EU - 200 companies
3. Insurance Companies - US and Canada - 200 companies
4. Insurance Companies - EU - 200 companies

Total - a list of 800 companies.

You can search the companies on Google or in other ways.

Here is the example how I want the new database should look like:

All the columns should be carefully filled.
All the companies SHOULD have WORKING Website.

Please provide me with:
1. How much you charge per 1 record.
2. How much you charge per total volume of 800 records.
3. How soon can you deliver the job done?
