Convert an Excel spreadsheet returns form to a simple online database portal, allowing automatic returns number generation, with job allocation logging courier tracking number in/out, engineer responsible for works, logging of returned serial numbers, logging of works required, cost of task (As quotation back to party logging if NOT warranty work).

There will be ongoing requirements to develop this database.

Do you have a more detailed spec? It is hard to quote on a fairly complicated project when it's described in just a few sentences with no details.

Not clear on one thing. Are you looking for automatic loading of the actual excel sheet, and saving its data to the database, or for replacing the functionality of the excel sheet with an equivalent online form (i.e., no longer excel sheet involved)?
