Choose and implement a CRM system to migrate from Sheets

I am a consultant working in the conference and event space, i advise clients on how they can may their events more profitable. My main focus is the association/membership sector.

I work for a couple of clients at a time, and generate awareness by running webinars to offer a “sample “ of my services. I market these through email marketing which has been done via mail merge to via mircrosoft account.

Recently I've switched to google workspace, and am looking for a CRM solution to help me mail the data, keep track of responses and coordinate with gmail and google products.

My data is about 600 names/emails with some company details currently on sheets, and would like to find the best solution and someone to implement it.
