Call Centre Database - Access

We require a system to support our telemarketing activities. This will be to populate a set of fields automatically from a csv with company contact details. There will also then be a set of fields populated with specific questions to be completed by the telemarketing operator. This data will be required in freetext, some drop down lists and tick boxes. There will be cira 10 questions.
