Build Airtable Staff Compliance Database for UK Nursery

I run a UK children’s nursery and need somebody experienced with Airtable to help me build a professional staff records and safeguarding compliance system.

This project must be completed together via live screen sharing, with the builder working directly with me step by step so I can understand the system as it is created. Please only apply if you are comfortable working this way and happy to collaborate in real time rather than delivering a finished build independently.

The system needs to provide a secure central staff database including DBS check logging, ID and right to work documents, staff qualifications, CPD certificates, and supervision and appraisal records.

Key tasks include:

Creating linked Airtable tables for staff records, DBS check logs, compliance documents, CPD training, and supervisions/appraisals.
Building clean views and dashboards suitable for Ofsted inspections, allowing instant filtering and drill-down by staff member.
Setting up Airtable Interfaces for manager use so they can view staff profiles and log DBS checks and supervisions without editing raw tables.
Creating simple forms for adding new starters and recording training, DBS checks, and supervisions.
Setting up basic automations for upcoming compliance expiry alerts.
Ensuring the final system is simple to use, secure, and scalable for multiple nursery sites.

This is not a web development project, only Airtable setup and guidance. Prior experience building compliance or HR style Airtable systems is strongly preferred.
