Build a simple MS Access Database Application for Sales

I am looking for a freelancer with excellent English who is proficient in MS Access development.

I wish to to build a Database Application in MS Access for Sales.

This task is to build a very simple version as a demo, so that I can see what can be done in Access, see how well I can work with the chosen freelancer, and obtain a simplistic model which I can then use to build a more detailed design for the next step.

I have included the required design in the attached document consisting of:
- schema showing the core tables
- wire frame diagram to show the forms I think I will need, their design and how they link together

The design concepts I have used are intended to be in line with those used in the standard MS Access "Northwind" template in order to try and make my expectations realistic and also to hopefully use standard techniques which will make the freelancer's job easier.

As a result of the above, I believe that this should be fairly simple, but undertaking it will help me to identify how realistic my design and expectations are for MS Access. Similarly, I really don't know what a suitable budget for this task would be as I am new to Access Application development and I don't know how simple my design is to code in reality. Therefore I have put a placeholder budget of £100 on this task - but please give me your best quote above or below this figure according to your own evaluation.

Once I've accepted a freelancer for the job I will also provide the database that the attached schema is built from, with minimal sample data in it as a starting point.
