We need a developer to create a bespoke booking system for our homestay business

We need a system, which will enable us to add new clients, view existing clients booking activity, view host availability, attach bookings to hosts, create a booking confirmation form to be sent to clients / hosts / accounts dept. View all hosts profiles in one-list & match students effectively by filtering hosts by area, guest type, food preferences & amenities.

The booking system will enable us to allocate students/guests to host families by choosing a tab Host Availability List (HAL) with real-time room availability. Instantly confirm bookings & amend or cancel with ease.

Payments and rates

Create rate bands and zones, season’s supplements and extras for all our booking types, apply these rates to bookings
Host Approval
Record house visits & manage approval documents such as ID & Proof of Address to make sure our hosts meet the required criteria to be approved. View reports for hosts, guest bookings, arrivals, departures, guests, payments and download or export to Excel with ease.
