Description
Requirements:
* Login for each OSM (manager).
* Each OSM can only view and edit their own station.
* Drivers displayed in a table.
* Availability for Monday to Sunday.
* Dropdown options:
* IN
* OFF
* HOLIDAY
* SICK
* Dashboard for Regional Managers showing all stations.
* Live updates (multiple users at the same time).
* Search and filter drivers.
* Last updated date and user who made the change.
* Total available drivers per day calculated automatically.
* Weekly coverage summary.
* Export to Excel.
* Mobile friendly.
* Clean and modern interface.
This system should replace our current Excel availability tracker and be easy to use by multiple managers simultaneously.
Preferred technologies:
* Airtable
* Glide
* Bubble
* Power Apps
* Any other no-code or low-code platform
Please provide examples of similar systems you have built and your total price. I do NOT want an Excel spreadsheet. I need a web-based internal application with a database. Thank you

Hi,
A few questions:
1. Approximately how many stations and drivers will the system manage?
2. Will drivers ever need their own login, or will only managers update availability?
3. Should previous weeks be archived so historical availability can be viewed?
4. Do Regional Managers need reporting by station, region, or both?
5. Will this integrate with any existing Amazon DSP systems, or will it operate independently?
Looking forward.

Approximately how many stations, OSMs, and drivers will the system manage, and do you need driver availability to reset automatically each week while preserving historical records for reporting and audits?
-

Will the driver list be synchronized automatically from your existing Amazon DSP roster or HR system, or will managers maintain the driver records directly within the application?
