A Basic Data management tool (CRM) system

Description of requirements/features: We require a database management tool to manage approximately 1.5 million records.

We need to be able to perform the following functions on a basic web interface.
• Upload Data in Excel/CSV
o Match Fields
• Run Reports on the full the database to get a count of how many records match the criteria. We need to be able to filter by all of the fields below.

Field Names:
• Business Name
• Entity
• Contact Name
• Contact Job Title
• Post Code
• Road
• Town
• City
• County
• Country
• No. of Employees
• Turnover
• Business Type/Category
• SIC Code
• Telephone Number 1
• Telephone Number 2

We will then need to be able to remove any records that are in our client database to ensure we do not market to existing clients.


We then need to be able to export the data on a count as a CSV/Excel file.
