503 server error

Hi,

We transferred our website from digital ocean to ionos but since doing so, the website keeps appearing with 503 error.

When we clear the dns cache it works again, but we keep having to do this.

We have been told by ionos that if we transfer it to the cloud server we have that this will work.

Do you think this will work or is there another issue?

Please message me for the domain.

We need to take a backup of the site and then transfer it to the server.

If this is the fix, could you help? If not, what would be the fix?
