We’re a UK-based HR & H & S Consultancy with 2 projects:
For internal use, we are looking to improve how we track and report on business performance. First time doing it properly as we want to grow this year and I can't just wing it any more.
We have purchased a Google sheet to see how we felt about the platform, and like a lot of what it does but we'd like it developed and bespoke for us.
I'd also like to see if parts of it can be linked to other Google sheets to inform KPI results rather than manual entries (i.e. we have a google sheet for logging client hours, I'd like the individual info transposed over as some of their KPI's include use of time/billable time).
The current sheet has the following tabs: one time tasks, with category, status, priority, assignee, due date & days left (includes KPI Reporting & needs a Dashboard System) Links to weekly & monthly calendar (but you can't mark them as completed etc in the 'day' which is annoying. Then recurring tasks -name, frequency, description, category, priority, assignee, 1st date, end date, notes - again those tasks appear in the week/month but status can't be updated.
We like a simple, professional daily 'to do' to keep track of client tasks, and the recurring stuff is a great reminder but the diary needs improving so we can use that properly - add appointments so those and tasks can be marked off or moved to another day. (I'd rather manage my actions etc from the diary rather than the long lists). I also want to build in a budget, company growth KPI reporting system that brings everything together in one place — giving us accurate monthly reports and a clear, visual dashboard.
I want to be able to have individual or team sheets (if it's possible to have 'private tabs' we'd have one as I could keep finances separate but appreciate that might not be an option. We all put personal tasks on there too so maybe it will have to be one template and then duplicate to each but let's see).

The tasks and KPI's I would like something very visually appealing when things are completed - we're nearly all ADHD girlies lol, need that serotonin hit :-) The current sheet has goals which aren't suitable for the KPI areas.
Ideally be able to generate a printable monthly KPI report suitable for board meetings, include a dashboard view showing headline KPIs at a glance.
It needs to be easy to update and refresh each month without specialist skills.
It needs to be designed with clarity, consistency, and presentation quality in mind.
And pink. Lots of pink.
- A short written guide explaining how to refresh and update the report.

Project 2: For a client. Very small roofing company, they have a very basic excel sheet which they use for pricing and managing jobs. It needs developing into a simple, usable sheet they can use for that but also the lads can log their time daily (that needs to link to a tab where their annualised hours will be & deduct it etc). It will need a tab with a sales & costings budget for the year, then a 'template' project tab they can duplicate for new jobs. The completed project tab should also show maybe something visual so when they input actuals again budget there's a summary - they need to know what's going wrong & be able to spot any recurring themes.
We will have another project following this to help streamline our hours logging/billing process, and have some time management work to do as I want this to be the year we get properly organised, so I'd really like someone with great communication who will satisfy our need for corporate but girly and develop a longer term relationship with us.
