Visualisation of data / Interactive infographics

I am about to relaunch my site.

I have a considerable amount of data which is categorised in different ways.

I have used Infogram in the past but now considering Power Bi (or perhaps you can suggest another format)

I need help with how to best represent the data. My thoughts are, an initial discussion (if say an hour) where i describe what think I want, and during that hour I get some guidance on the tools, and perhaps we hash together something fairly quickly, We then follow up with some training in the chosen tool, and then get a format together that I can i use to publish visual infographics. There may be an ongoing requirement for further support and training.
