Using R language to code regression using TIFF files

I need a data analyst who can teach me to write R code for a project in which I am exploring the associations between an event occurring and different environmental conditions. The event has occurred multiple times in different locations. I have the different TIFF files for each of the environmental conditions at each of the times when the event occurred as well as the coordinates of where the event occurred.

I would like the analyst to meet with me over call to
1. Explain what type of regression should be used to analyze this data and explore whether there is an association between the different conditions and the event occurring
2. Help me to write R code to do this analysis
