Experience Level: Entry
I am looking for a freelancer who is fully competent in using R programming language to analyse open datasets (details of which I can give once you are successfully selected). You must be able to perform analysis to a high level of standard and draw conclusions with full explanations. Using the analysis you must be competent in producing a dashboard.
