Survey data visualisation

We have 8 surveys each with roughly 30 questions of collected data regarding salaries. We'd like to input this data into a dashboard so that we can more easily see which elements effect salary, such as number of years experience, whether they work remotely, earn a bonus etc. However, the data is static, it won't be added to in future. The data was collected in Survey Monkey and so we have csv files, excel etc of individual responses, of which there were roughly 600 responses. We can then interpret the data ourselves from there
