I have a reasonably detailed document advising Hotel room rates ARR REVPar and occupancy levels of for all accommodation on the isle of arran Scotland. This has been scrutinised and the original author was unable to Finnish the document off. The objective was to be able to establish the justification for setting the room rate in a serviced apartment block on the island.
