Description of analysis: Statistical analysis, p-values and graphical representation

I have a project to make graphical representation and to calculate the correlation coefficient and to do the statistical analysis and to provide the p-values.

It’s basically a dataset of about 30 subjects only, grouped in Group 1 and Group 2. It has three factors (Factor A, B, and C). Factor A is the factor of interest and I want to see the effects of changes in the levels of factor B and C separately on Factor A as few separate graphs. Each subject has the reading for Factor A, B, and C on daily basis (few subjects have 5 days, few have 7 days and few have 10 days readings – suffice to say that the readings are of variable days). All of them also have a baseline reading and a final reading.

I need the graphical representation separated by Group1 and Group 2 and also combined (Group 1 and 2 together). I can send you the SPSS dataset and hope that you can draw the graphs for me and also to explain which software used and how have you made those graphs (eg using SPSS or Minitab or Medcalc or just excel). You may wish to alter the orientation or export it to excel or Minitab or Medcalc or any other software you like to get the job done as long as you can explain to how did you do it and which software to use as I will be asked that question during my presentation.

As mentioned above, I also need to have p-values and the correlation coefficient as well.
