I have the results from a questinnaire I issued to staff in 2 different schools.
I need to statisitcally analyse this data.
I am hoping you can provide me with:
1) The statistical analysis of the data AND explain what it means/shows
2) An explanation of why you chose that data analysis over others (mentioning others you could have chosen but why yours was better)
3) An explanation of the reliability, and validity of the tests you performed
4) an explanation of what significant concepts were shown in the data
I have uploaded the data in its raw form but i can convert it to percentages for you if this would save time - just let me know.

You do not have the base required to run any statistical tests, at the minimum you need 30 respondents in each of the 2 schools, before any tests can be run and significance be checked.
