Statistical Analysis using Structural Equation Modelling

Description of analysis: I have created a model with 27 factors. This has been tested with 101 participants (at the time of posting) that I want to determine the relationships of. To determine the relationships I want to have SEM used as a method. I am open to the applicant used to undertake this (e.g. R-Project, SPSS, etc.). The data is structured in an online survey application and can be exported to CSV or MS Excel. I want to have as much detail as possible surrounding the instances SEM should be used, what the relationships mean and where there is significance between the factors.

Extra notes: There are 7 pieces of descriptive data (gender etc.), 20 factors that need to be tested to establish their relationship to each other.
