SPSS Statical analysis of a survey for a conducted research

I need a cooperative data analyst for a survey with 52 responses. The survey objective is to measure the effectiveness of a proposed learning framework. The survey contains 16 statements with agree/disagree answers. The research questions are:
1. Which methods are suitable to ensure an engageable U-learning framework for higher education?
2. How effective is the proposed U-learning?
