School Data Tracker

I need an Excel expert who can create a template from scratch that allows school to input raw data and produce pivot reports using a set of metrics.

For example, students will receive a score that correlate to an achievement level. I would like to achievement level to auto-populate based on the score inserted by grade level. Additionally, I would like to be able to pull the data by subgroups (special education population, etc.)
