RIEF JOB DESCRIPTION FOR H2O RECRUITMENT

We require a developer who can build an automated candidate-scraping and sourcing tool. It must search job boards and LinkedIn for potential candidates based on job titles and geographical filters, such as "software engineer in Birmingham", extract contact and profile data including email addresses and role history where available, and feed into our existing backend CV system for internal review and outreach.

PPH JOB SPEC

We need:
• A solution that searches and scrapes potential candidates based on active job roles we define
• Geo-based targeting, for example senior engineer in Manchester or HGV driver in Leeds
• Ability to detect and extract publicly available candidate contact details such as corporate email or profile URL
• System to feed scraped results into our existing backend that reads and interprets CVs
• Ability to run on an ongoing automated schedule
• A developer with proven experience in scraping, parsing, data compliance, and verification
• Security and compliance with UK data regulations
Nice to have:
• Experience with Make, Node, Playwright or Puppeteer
• Experience working with CV-reading or recruitment workflows
• Familiarity with GDPR and corporate communication guidelines
