Power BI - Sales Reports and Metrics

An entrepreneur is seeking a proficient Power BI consultant to assist with analytics reporting. A SQL script extracts key sales data from a MS SQL Server database on a weekly basis. The consultant will be tasked with writing DAX formulas to analyze metrics such as revenue by region and top selling products. An interactive Power BI dashboard then needs to be configured to visualize key performance indicators and refresh automatically each week with the latest dataset. The ideal candidate will have proven experience designing insightful report visuals in Power BI along with strong proficiency in DAX, Power Query, and data modeling best practices. Familiarity with relational databases is essential along with excellent communication skills and ability to work remotely.
