Power BI dashboard to compare multi-entity financials

Attached is a power point providing the details of what I would like to achieve from this project. There will be a number of data sets that need to be combined to provide me with an interactive power BI dashboard which I can then use to analyse the data. In the attached there are a number of examples of outputs.

In your response please provide
- brief overview of "why you"
- how long you estimate this will take you - I will provide excel files in 12 hours time (as I need to prepare) - can it be completed in 48 hours?
- price - I would prefer a fixed price given that I have tried to provide a detailed specification but happy to discuss with the right person
