I run a group of UK letting agencies. I need a Power BI dashboard built that pulls data from two sources: SME Professional (Y branches) and Jupix (X branches) via scheduled CSV export. I need one group-level dashboard showing all branches combined, and individual branch views. Key metrics: total units under management, occupied units, landlord funnel conversion (lead → appointment → valuation → won), tenant funnel conversion, weekly income (letting fees, maintenance commission, sales commission), move-ins vs target, and monthly P&L. Views needed at week, month, quarter, and annual level. Branch slicer to toggle between individual branches and group total. I am not a developer — the finished product needs to be maintainable by a non-technical user. We also need this to be able to scale as we add further branches under each brand. Current excel recording system available on request.

    Hi Owen,

    Before providing a final estimate, I would appreciate clarification on the following points:

    1. How many branches are currently operating under SME Professional and Jupix respectively?

    2. Are the CSV exports generated automatically on a scheduled basis, or will users manually upload them?

    3. Could you share sample CSV exports from both systems so we can assess data structure, consistency, and mapping requirements?

    4. For the landlord and tenant funnels, do both source systems already contain status fields for each stage (Lead → Appointment → Valuation → Won), or are these currently tracked in your Excel system?

    5. Regarding the monthly P&L reporting, will the financial data come from SME/Jupix, Excel, accounting software, or a separate source?

    6. Will the dashboard be deployed through Power BI Service with scheduled refreshes, or will it be used primarily through Power BI Desktop?

    7. Approximately how many users will require access to the reports?

    8. Do you require role-based security so branch managers only see their own branch data while management can view the group-level dashboard?

    Hi Owen, could you share one sample CSV export from SME Professional, one from Jupix, and the current Excel tracker through WorkStream, so we can check the column structure, branch mapping and KPI definitions before building the dashboard model rather than just creating visuals?

    Hi Owen, could you please let me know whether the CSV exports from SME Professional and Jupix already contain consistent identifiers for branches, properties, landlords, and tenants, or will the dashboard need a data-model layer to standardise and reconcile records across both systems before the KPIs and branch-level reporting can be trusted?
