Fast-Track Wedding RSVP System

We are looking for someone to create a simple private RSVP system for our own wedding.

This is a one-off personal wedding project.

The public wedding website will be handled separately. This job is for the RSVP link and backend only.

We need rapid delivery, ideally within a few days.

The RSVP should be clean, simple, mobile-friendly and easy for guests to use. It should present questions sequentially rather than as one long form.

We are open to either:

* A proprietary system
* A no-code/low-code system
* A simple custom solution

The developer may recommend the best approach.

RSVP Requirements

The RSVP should collect responses by group/family.

The RSVP should follow this logic:
