Need someone to fix a model using pymc3 in python

Hi There,
I need some help to fix a model, that already exists. I am looking for someone that knows about probabilistic models, especially with bayesian deep learning.

I am trying to implement bayesian neural network with a dataset, but I am failing for a reason or another.
At the bottom of this tutorial, you will find the bayesian neural network:
